Do we need to bring our own towels or bed linen?

No. Towels, bath towels, and bed linen are provided for you.

Are condoms or hygiene products provided?

Condoms are provided in every room. We are happy to provide lubricant in the room upon request. If you bring your own, we kindly ask that you use only water-based products. Shower gel and hand soap are, of course, provided in the bathroom.

How does the check-in work?

Our check-in is discreet and hassle-free:
You will receive an access code for the entrance gate in advance, which you can simply enter using your phone. The main entrance will be open for you, and the door to your booked room will already be slightly ajar—so you can arrive comfortably and contact-free.

How long can I stay?

You can book rooms for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 9 hours. Overnight stays are only available upon personal request.

How can I pay?

When booking online, you can choose to pay in cash at the room or pay directly by credit card.
For phone reservations, only cash payment at the room is possible.
Please bring the exact amount in cash. If it’s not exact, we can, of course, provide change.

Are drinks available in the room?

Each room has a minibar. We kindly ask you to pay for any consumed drinks in cash at the room or simply leave the money in cash. A drink menu with prices is provided on each minibar for your convenience.

Is a visit to Soho Rooms & Suites anonymous and discreet?

Absolutely. We place the highest value on discretion: from secluded parking spaces and a secure-access property that can only be entered with a pre-issued access code, to cash payment directly at the room—everything is designed for an anonymous and undisturbed stay.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Yes, a reservation in advance is required.
Short-notice bookings (at least 1 hour in advance) can be made by phone or online, depending on availability.

Are there parking facilities available?

Yes, a private, free parking space is available for you.

Can a booking be made for more than two people?

Rooms can be booked for 2 to 18 people, depending on their size. Exact details can be found in the respective room description. For all rooms accommodating 3 or more people, the total number of guests can already be selected online. For smaller rooms where this isn’t possible, we ask you to choose a larger room. Each additional person or extra hour is charged at €20.

Are there any special amenities in the room?

Each room has a TV. You can connect your phone and play your own music.
Some rooms also feature bubble baths or special amenities for a more relaxing experience. All special features are listed in the respective room description.

Can snacks or meals be ordered on-site?

Upon request, we can arrange items such as bread rolls or fruit platters (for an additional charge) for you. Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance. Alternatively, you can use a delivery service yourself and pick up your order directly from the hotel entrance when it arrives.

How is cleanliness ensured?

Absolute priority: Each room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
We place the highest importance on cleanliness and hygiene to ensure every guest has a perfect experience.

Does each room have its own bathroom and toilet?

Yes, of course. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. A vanity mirror and hairdryer are also provided.

Are there rooms with a balcony or terrace for smoking?

Except for rooms 3, 4, and 5, every room has its own smoking balcony or terrace.
